Return & Refund policy
All items purchased from RIOCO KIDSWEAR come with a 30-day return policy and can be returned for a full refund if the product is returned in the same condition as received or has a manufacturer defect. Refunds warranties start from the date you can track your FedEx express online with your FedEx tracking number. However, let us talk if there is any special situation for you.

What is Covered:
RIOCO KIDSWEAR's warranty coverage includes repair for manufacturer defects or replacement of the entire clothing with a new one. We do not pay shipping, insurance, or transportation charges from the customer to us.
What is not covered:
The warranty does not cover the clothing which is already worn or washed. Also, the warranty will not apply to the item not faulty but you are dissatisfied with it. However, according to actual situation we still can talk, please contact us.
- To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please indicate your ticket with all the details such as your order number, SKU number or the product name.
- All faulty items under the 30-day return policy and 45-day Limited Warranty should be returned to our warehouse. Upon product's receipt, we will refund you or resend you replacement at our cost .
- If you have received the wrong size, send us a email indicating the delivered size and the size you have ordered. Please kindly let us know if the fitting is too small or too large.
- If you think the product is not as described on www.riocokidswear.com, kindly send us high-definition pictures in good lighting via email. We will reply you and handle it as soon as possible.
We accept PayPal. For extra security and peace of mind, RIOCO KIDSWEAR suggests PayPal to process your payment and we do not receive or store any of your payment information.
